Conscious remote work
A community and curated experiences in Italy for remote workers who want to turn free time into quality time.
You escaped the commute. You got back two hours a day. But what did you do with that time? More work. More scrolling. More screen. You traded the office cage for a digital one.
Remote work was supposed to set you free. Instead, most of us ended up more isolated, more tired, and more disconnected than ever — from people, from places, from ourselves.

Remwork is not just an event. It's a community, a content platform, and a set of transformative experiences — designed to make remote work feel like the life you actually wanted.
A growing group of remote workers who get it. Newsletter with real stories. Conversations that matter. People who speak your language — not another Slack group that dies in two weeks.
FreeBlog, podcast, and stories from the remote work life. Not productivity tips — real conversations about loneliness, freedom, time, and what it means to live consciously while working remotely.
FreeCurated weeks in extraordinary places across Italy. Work in the morning, live in the afternoon. 12-15 people. Every detail taken care of. This is where the community comes alive.
PremiumThe experiences
Every edition is a different place — chosen for beauty, authenticity, and the kind of experiences you'd never find alone. Work in the morning. Live in the afternoon. Come home different.
Autumn 2026
Emilian hills. Long lunch under the pergola, Parmigiano makers, balsamic vinegar attics, dinner among vineyards. The land where food is a religion.
Spring 2027
Amalfi Coast. A terrace above the Gulf of Naples, lemon groves, hidden coves, dinner on a cliff. The Italy of postcards — except you're actually living in it.
Summer 2027
Lo Stagnone, Sicily. Flat lagoon, kitesurf at sunset, salt flats, the Egadi islands on the horizon. Work in the morning, fly over water in the afternoon.
Autumn 2027
The Langhe, Piedmont. Truffle hunting, Nebbiolo vineyards, medieval borghi emerging from the morning fog. UNESCO hills that look like a painting.
Who's behind this
Founder of Remwork
Correggio, Emilia — Italy
I lived in Amsterdam — office on Dam Square, rooftop in Paris, Milan near the Duomo. I chased beautiful workplaces because I believed that's where life happened. Then I got a full remote position and moved back to Emilia, to a town of 26,000 people where they make Parmigiano, not startups.
Best decision of my life. And the loneliest.
Nobody tells you what happens after you "win" remote work. The freedom is real — but so is the silence. Your friends go to offices. Your partner doesn't get why you'd want to work from somewhere beautiful "if you're just going to be on a laptop anyway." The days start blending together. You're free, but your world is shrinking.
I spent years building side projects — seven of them — trying to find my thing. None of them stuck. Then I realized: every project I loved had the same ingredients. Beautiful places. Real people. Experiences that make you feel alive. The thing I was looking for wasn't a product. It was a way of living.
"Remote work gave me everything I asked for. Remwork is my way of adding what was missing — for me and for everyone like me."
